The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to to enhance the security of the future NEC building in Brussels, by establishing a comprehensive camera and lighting perimeter that mitigates unauthorized entry, trespassing, and vandalism. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered
The Government is not planning a site visit and may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion but may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

CONTRACT: The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract for a one-year period, with four one-year optional periods of performance.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submission of quotations/proposals.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION/RESPONSES: Your quotation must be submitted electronically to BrusselsBids@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 2MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 2MB each. (ex: first email ending in “part 1 of 3” and last email ending in "part 3 of 3”)
