The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking potential sources for professional consulting services for its service-wide Multilingual Improvement Strategy (MIS) initiative for persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). Professional consulting services shall include technical expertise; continued external research; assessment, guidance, production and expansion of action plan(s) and the roadmap to guide enterprise planning; and execution of activities related to improving services to persons with LEP. For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Performance Work Statement entitled IRS SERVICE-WIDE MULTILINGUAL IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY FOR PERSONS WITH LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY.

All future information about these RFIs, including any updates or amendments, will also be distributed solely through GSA eBuy.
