This Statement of Work is intended to establish a new contract for one base year and two option years to allow the Washington Area Metropolitan Authority (WMATA) to maintain usage of the monday.com web-based platform, through the acquisition of user licenses and managed services hours. WMATA has a need for 250 user monday.com licenses and 250 user co-termed monday.com licenses and two hundred and forty (240) managed services hours per year. The user licenses and managed services hours will be used to support the added interest and expanded usage of the platform from the Customer Experience and Engagement, Quality Assurance, Treasury Technology Group, Transformation Office, Safety Risk Management teams, and other business units.
