Provide Box Software SaaS licenses and consulting hours to configure the software solution. The single application will store and manage all the content utilized by the various departments within MPD and serve as a centralized resource for the agency’s documents and content. C.4 REQUIREMENTS C.4.1 The contractor shall provide a six (6) Business in a Box SAAS software license. C.4.2 The contractor shall configure and implement the software. C.4.3 The contractor shall ensure all users can easily access digital documents and workflows for approvals and digital signatures. C.4.4 The contractor shall ensure the software is user-friendly with intuitive search, sort, and design features and permit the sharing of information with members throughout the agency as well as external partners. C.4.5 The contractor shall provide Box consultation hours/services. C.4.6 The contractor shall assume full responsibility for all costs associated with completing the project, including any potential profit or loss. C.4.7 This structure incentivizes the contractor to efficiently manage costs and deliver the project on time and within budget.
