Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District of Columbia (District) Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Parks & Recreation (DPR), has a need to hire a Contractor which shall provide a full service of music production to host a live event at Fort Dupont Park in Washington, D.C. . C.5.2 The Contractor shall perform as an Event Planner who shall organize all aspects of the event which includes, but is not limited to the following: • Scheduling the entertainers, provide medical coordinator, a stage to include lighting and other related amenities, mobile security cameras, an ambulance service, rental utility vehicles, tents, security, golf carts, bike racks, temporary fencing, LED wall, portable restrooms and RV’s. C.5.2.1 Mobile Security Camera Solar Trailer - The Contractor shall provide a Mobile Security Camera Solar Trailer, emphasizing the need for cellular service connectivity. The trailer should include: • (2) lowlight 180 degree pan cameras with lead acid batteries, indicating a focus on capturing footage even in low-light conditions and providing a wide surveillance range. • Remote battery monitoring services to suggest a proactive approach to maintenance and ensuring uninterrupted operation. • Software to enable continuous viewing of camera footage 24-hours, underscoring the importance of real-time monitoring and surveillance capabilities for security purposes. • The trailer will be manned remotely. C.5.2.2 Ambulance Service - The Contractor shall provide standby ambulance vehicles manned with two (2) paramedics from 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. the day of the event. C.5.2.2.1 The Contractor shall provide licensed and registered paramedics to render medical aid to any participants attending the event who require emergency medical services. C.5.2.2.2 The Contractor shall be available for consultation with medical providers during the event. C.5.2.2.3 The Contractor shall provide all necessary medical supplies to meet the medical scope of services proposed, including medications, supplies and cots as appropriate. C.5.2.2.4 The Contractor shall document patient encounters and shall be responsible for the storage of patient records.
