The MPA currently has one (1) fully functional treadmill, which cannot meet the needs of the total number of recruit officers, sworn members and professional staff that use the facilities. The purchase of four (4) traditional treadmills will meet this need. Additionally, the purchase of two (2) manual treadmills will also assist the needs of the MPD for cardiovascular health but also act as rehabilitation tools for our Athletic Trainers.
