C.5.1 The Contractor shall ensure that all uniforms and equipment delivered are in conformance with the technical product specifications described in the “Technical Product Specification” detailed in section C.6.1. C.5.2 The Contractor shall safeguard all items. All missing items shall be reported within 24 hours of noticing their disappearance to the Contract Administrator (CA) of the delivery order. C.5.3 The Contractor shall provide a size label containing a complete description of the size and the garment for each clothing product. C.5.4 The Contractor shall ensure that all garments and accessory items are in compliance with the established technical product specifications, listed in section C.6.1. Failure to provide all information as indicated shall deem goods as noncompliant, the goods shall be rejected and returned to the supplier. C.5.5 The Contractor shall furnish only new and clean apparel. MPD shall not accept any used garments. MPD shall return damaged, torn, used or other garments not in accordance with specifications, at the Contractor’s expense, for replacement. C.5.6 The Contractor shall provide garments that are all the same shade of dark navy. Mis-matching shades will not be accepted. MPD shall return mis-matching shades of midnight navy at the Contractor’s expense for replacement.
