The Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is seeking an authorized reseller and OEM of Ford Transit 350, 148” wheelbase cargo vans to provide 10 Prisoner Transport Units, customization and installation services. The vendor will supply the following items: C.2.1.1 The Contractor shall supply the units that meet the build specifications and options for ten Prisoner Transport Units, Customization, and Installation listed in the Specifications Attachment A. C.2.1.2 Prisoner Transport units will be built, customized and installed into Ford Transit 350, 132” wheelbase cargo vans, with Ford 62C prep packages by the contractor. All Ford Transit vehicles will be provided by MPD.. C.2.1.3 All vehicles shall be delivered after completion and shipping/freight cost shall be indicated in the bid. C.2.1.4 Bidders shall submit descriptive product literature and specifications of the unit bid.
