C.4.1.1 The Contractor shall provide required equipment pre-checks as well as perform necessary monitoring and verification of activities during the daily performance of the computerized drawings. The Contractor shall be required to complete this task twice per day. C.4.1.2 The Contractor shall review and make recommendations to assist in establishing the necessary controls to ensure the ongoing integrity of standard operating procedures for the computerized drawing system. C.4.1.3 The Office of Lottery and Gaming will provide guidelines and information for the Contractor to develop monitoring methods and forms based on the Office of Lottery and Gaming's procedures to perform the computerized midday and evening drawings. The Contractor shall be required to do the following: a. Review all aspects of the drawing operation and recommend changes, modifications and additional safeguards to ensure the integrity of the drawings; b. Monitor the computerized midday and evening drawings from a time specified by Office of Lottery and Gaming, Sunday through Saturday; c. Shall monitor the computerized drawings from 12:30pm through 2:30pm and 6:30 through 8:30pm Sunday through Saturday; d. Arrive at the designated draw site one hour and forty-five minutes prior to the beginning of the draw start time; e. Develop all auditing forms used to document the procedures of the computerized drawings. All forms must be approved and accepted by the Office of Lottery and Gaming before use
