The DCNG is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a potential requirement for Logistics Support Services at Logistics Support Area (LSA) Lincoln.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services as defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The primary required services include, but are not limited to:

Water and Wastewater System Operations

Comprehensive Waste Management Services
The anticipated Period of Perfomrance is from 1 March 2026 to 7 July 2026.
The Government will use the information gathered from this notice to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The full draft PWS is attached to this notice for detailed review.
