Specifications include, but are not limited to: KIPP DC seeks a qualified and reputable partner who can serve as a consultant to support the design and initial implementation of the first year of a literacy plan to solidify a lasting, highly effective literacy instructional strategy. This includes, but is not limited to the following body of work: ● Audit of current state and systems to analyze and inform literacy instructional systems strengthening and/or redesign ● Develop instructional strategic plan for Literacy, to include goals and progress monitoring methods, levers, and communication recommendations ● Support the design and implementation of strong systems to support the sustained implementation of DIBELS in grades K-8, to include assessment analysis and responsive instructional cycles ● Support the design and implementation of strong systems to support the launch and sustained implementation of Fishtank K-8 (newly launched in 2024) as well as the integration of the early literacy and foundational skills curriculum, Really Great Reading ● Provide thought partnership and auditing of systems periodically throughout school year 2024-25.
