The Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the District’s Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) seeks a contractor to educate Cleaning Services Providers (CSPs) and Janitorial Product Suppliers (JPSs) interested in working with District Government on how to comply with the District’s purchasing standards for Janitorial Services and Cleaning Products. The Contractor will map and identify eligible CSPs and JPSs, compile contact information, and develop training workshops and materials to help these businesses comply with the District’s purchasing standards for cleaning supplies. The detailed list of items to be procured and services to be provided are included in the requirements section (C.5) and in the deliverables section (C.6). Samples of all materials must be presented to DOEE for review and approval prior to any services starting or any items/services being procured to complete the project.
