Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Watershed Protection Division (WPD) at the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) seeks to purchase Microsoft Surface Laptops and various related accessories and hardware. The purpose of this equipment is to provide the WPD staff with the resources to conduct presentations to internal and external stakeholders. C.3.5 The Contractor should provide the Surface Pro 8 Tablets, Pro Signature Keyboards w/ Slim Pen 2 and Arc Mice in the colors requested and with the specific hardware, software and technical specifications noted in C.3.1. C.3.6 The Contractor must provide activation information for the Verizon LTE Broadband Service chip (simcard) imbedded in each of the Surface Pro 8 Tablets noted C.3.1. C.3.7 The Contractor should provide a copy the Microsoft Service Agreement for the Surface Pro (3 Year) and instructions on how to use it if we need to have a Surface Pro 8 tablet repaired or replaced. C.3.8 The Contractor shall be registered in the DC Vendor Portal prior to invoice submission. The DC Vendor Portal is the online system that allows the vendor/contractor to create and submit invoices for purchase order contracts with the DC Government. C.3.9 The Contractor shall NOT submit invoices for payment into the DC Vendor portal until OCTO staff from DOEE have confirmed that all items ordered have been delivered to the Department of Energy & Environment.
