Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Janitorial Services at the U.S. Consulate, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE. Interested vendors should follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required sections of the attached document, and submit proposals to the address indicated on Standard Form 1449.
The Consulate intends to conduct a Pre-proposal Conference at site visit on December 17, 2025, at 09:00 AM (UAE local time). Participants will meet at US CONSULATE, BUR DUBAI, DUBAI. In order to attend the site survey, please send the following details to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov by December 15, 2025 at 09:00 AM (UAE local time) with the following information to arrange entry to the building.
• Full name as per EID
• Name of the Company
• Valid EID Card number
Attendance is limited to only two persons per company
Proposals are due by January 7, 2026, at 09:00 AM ( UAE local time ), via email to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov . Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
