The Contractor is responsible for the maintenance services of opening and closing the three pools on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The opening of the pool will take place during the spring to summer months (April through August) and the closing of the pool will take place during the fall to winter months (September through March). The opening and closing maintenance tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: power washing, acid washing, rinsing, stain removing, sanitizing, oxidizing, brushing, scrubbing, bleaching, patching plaster, chemical balancing, draining and reassembling system equipment. The period of performance includes one (1) 12-month base year and four (4) 12-month Options. Additional requirements identified in the attached draft PWS.
