The Embassy of the United States of America, Jerusalem, invites you to submit a proposal for providing Hotel Rooms & Services in Jerusalem.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. The pre-proposal conference will take place on February 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the US Embassy office in Jerusalem located at 19 Hasadna Street, Talpiot, Jerusalem. If your company is interested in attending the conference, you are required to submit the names of the people who are going to attend the site visit along with their ID numbers and any questions, to JerusalemProcurement@state.gov no later than February 07, 2025 at 14:00 (Jerusalem local time).
Submit your price and technical proposals electronically to JRSEmbProposals@state.gov on or before 2:00 PM on March 04, 2025, using “Solicitation # 191S4025R0002 Hotel Rooms & Services - Jerusalem” as the subject line. No proposals will be accepted after this time and date.
