Please see attached solicitation and attachments. Please carefully pay attention to the instructions provided in Section III - Summary of Instructions and make sure to submit a complete proposal. The deadline to submit questions is December 18, 2024 by NTE 14hrs Central European Time. Late questions will not be considered. A solicitation amendment with all questions and answers will be provided as attachment to this posting. 

The deadline to submit proposals is January 13, 2025. You are strongly encouraged to make sure to submit a complete proposals as per the instructions provided in Section III - Summary of Instructions. Late proposals will not be considered.
