Purpose
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for information and planning purposes. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding market capacity and potential set-asides and to receive industry feedback on available processes and market costs. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal nor does it serve as a presolicitation notice for a future solicitation. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals related to these services. This notice does not commit the Government to procure any supply or service mentioned herein.
Background
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Protective Services (PSD) anticipates a need for the following commercially-leased 2025 vehicles:
Jeep Grand Wagoneer Obsidian Series III L
A commercially leased 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Obsidian Series III L to be used primarily in the metropolitan area of Washington, DC. It is anticipated that the vehicle will be driven 15,000 miles a year.
The leased vehicle must include:
Automatic transmission
Black Exterior
Black Leather Interior
2 Key Fobs
Four Wheel Drive
Fully paid maintenance plan for length of lease
Notification of all recalls
Length of lease warranty on emergency equipment
Emergency equipment installed by leasing company to include:
Front grill lights
Rear window lights
Windshield lights above the drivers and passenger’s visor
Reverse light strobes
Right and left back window lights
Light and siren control panel must be accessible to driver and right front seat passenger.

PSD is seeking information regarding potential vendors to provide the required vehicles at both locations. Please note that while we will review vendors that can provide one of the required vehicles, first consideration will be given to those vendors that can provide both vehicles.
Instructions
Interested parties are requested to respond to this Sources Sought with the following information:
- Full identifying firm information such as name, address, UEI, and contact information for point of contact;
- A capability statement, including previous relevant work;
- Information regarding the interested party’s business type (large, small, 8(a) certified, HUBZone, etc.) under the established NAICS code, 532112, with a size standard of $7 million;
- GSA schedule number if your firm is a GSA schedule holder;
- Any comments that your firm may have relating to the draft requirements.

Summary
This notice is issued for information purposes only and will not result in a contract award. This is not a Request for Proposal. Interested parties are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Responding or declining to respond to this notice will not preclude a party from participating in any future Requests for Quotation should the Government decide to issue such a request at a later date. If a Request for Quotation is issued, it will be posted as a separate notice.
