C.5.1 The Contractor shall provide a total of 15 outdoor music concerts which will be held on Thursdays and Fridays from 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. and/or Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and shall not exceed September 30, 2026. C.5.1.1 The Contract shall provide the concert series in accordance with the dates, times and locations listed in section C.5.5. C.5.1.2 The Contractor shall be the main point of contact for all vendors providing goods and/or services for the shows. C.5.2 The Contractor shall schedule weekly/bi-weekly meetings with the CA to discuss the logistics of each show, the various performing artists and the status requested equipment and supplies. C.5.2.1 The agenda for the meetings shall cover topics such as performers, logistics, security, run of show, etc. C.5.3 The Contractor shall provide a list of potential musicians to the Contracting Administrator (CA) for final selection within seven (7) days after contract award. C.5.3.1 The Contractor shall use local musiciansfrom the D.C. metropolitan area in the genres of R&B, GoGo, Jazz and Funk. Each event shall consist of (2) two bands, and each band will perform a 45-minute set. C.5.3.2 The Contractor shall review all references for each potential musician and discuss their availability and performance related costs. C.5.3.3 The Contractor shall establish contract agreements with each artist, to include all components of the production, logistics, basic back line and rider, and shall also be inclusive of travel. C.5.3.4 The Contractor shall create a written agreement with the artists and shall include any penalties for any cancelled shows without prior notification. C.5.3.5 The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Administrator (CA) within seven (7) days after contract award, a contingency plan for musician absences. C.5.3.6 The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Administrator (CA) and the Contracting Officer (CO) in writing when at any time during the contract agreement a musician is replaced by another musician. The Contractor shall provide the name, site location at which the replacement musician will be assigned to provide services. Notification shall be received at least 24-48 hours in advance of replacement. C.5.4 The Contractor shall provide the sound reinforcement for an audience size between 1,000- 1,500 spectators. C.5.4.1 The Contractor shall provide production related components such as, backline for bands, DW 5-piece drum set, Bass amp, (2) 4x4 Bass cabinets, (2) Fender reverb Guitar amp, and (2) Motif Keyboards.
