OBJECTIVE
The intent of this SSN is to gauge industry interest and search for potential sources capable of fulfilling a requirement for ground mesh, meeting the technical requirements in Attachment 1 – Ground Mesh Minimum Specs. The SSN also intends to determine set-aside possibilities for qualified small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, and women-owned small businesses. The draft minimum technical requirements for the effort are in the attached specifications.

CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT:
The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information via email:
- Company Name and Point of Contact (POC) with associated contact information
- NAICS and PSC Code of the proposed solution (SEE https://psctool.us) (NOTE: If proposing or recommending alternate NAICS and or alternate PSC code, please provide justification)
- Business Size/Socioeconomic Category for the identified NAICS
- Unique Entity ID and/or CAGE Code
- Capabilities Statement detailing the specific ground mesh that meets the Government’s provided Specifications. Clearly identify by brand name (if any) and make or model number
- Any questions/suggestions related to this procurement
- Whether the proposed item would be considered a commercial item IAW FAR 2.101

Since this is a SSN, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents.
