Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide graphic design services on an as needed basis.; 1. The Contractor shall provide graphic design services as needed for external campaigns and projects for DCPL. 2. The Contractor shall communicate with DCPL to define needs for each design project. 3. The Contractor may produce visual elements for websites, advertisements, marketing materials, or any visual asset requested by DCPL. 4. The Contractor shall deliver completed assets in predefined formats or resolutions as needed per the final version of the ad – print or digital. 5. The Contractor shall also work as a partner with DCPL through the process of developing various graphic design pieces including weekly planning calls with updates, developing project timelines, milestones, and measurements to ensure the project is completed as expected and on time.
