• To implement a robust, cloud-based SaaS system for grants management to include a grant lifecycle and project costing management. • Implement a SaaS project expense application for grants to streamline expense tracking and approvals. • Integrate applications with existing SaaS accounting systems (Oracle Fusion) for real-time financial data updates. • Be customizable to accommodate public sector grants, particularly (Federal, State, Local) formula grants and match grants (Formula, Operating Assistance, and Discretionary). • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including any current corrective action mitigation processes that are currently customized in the current system. • Provide financial management process for all grants i.e. budget funding and tracking, project funding, expense management and tracking (labor, burden (fringe and indirect rates) and nonlabor costs) and disbursement tracking. • Transform and clean data for budgets and expenses that cut across funding sources, fiscal years, and projects and track adjustments to provide history of allocation. • Grant lifecycle management (application, award, monitoring, compliance, reporting, closeout).
