Ginnie Mae Consolidated Cloud Services
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a contractor to provide cloud services, cloud financial operations, expansion of cloud services on a consumption basis, and other Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) provided enterprise support services supporting modernization, compliance and current business operations. This will include working with OEM cloud providers, current vendors, contractors and service provider organizations. Areas of support include providing cloud services, cost analysis for cloud solutions (Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Data as a Service (DaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) etc.), expansion of existing cloud services, enterprise support services from the OEM cloud provider allowing and delivering greater value, availability and support to customers and partners. The Contractor must be able to provide cloud services from multiple OEM providers, Federal Schedules and open market. Market research will include validation that the potential providers meet cloud certification requirements to include Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier, Microsoft Solutions Partner and Google Premier Partner. This requirement seeks Contractors holding the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) IT Cloud SIN 518210C, however, the contractor may utilize other SINs in order to propose a complete solution.
