This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes only. This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary.
Pursuant to FAR part 10 (Market Research), the United States Coast Guard is seeking qualified sources capable of providing all administrative and technical support services required to conduct up to three (3) one-week (five business day) Gas Carrier Inspector Course in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Companies with capabilities to provide these services are invited to submit complete information discussing their capabilities no later than the close date of this notice (March 27, 2025). The information submitted must include:
1. Name of Company, Address and UEI Number
2. Point of Contact and Phone Number
3. Business Size applicable to the NAICS Code (If Small Business, must identify concern)
4. Capability statement to include, Lodging Availability - if your company has lodging facilities, please include the lodging rate per person. If your company does not have lodging facilities, please state the training location.
