The objective of this research is to develop a framework for educators to establish recruitment pipelines that expand the talent pool and enhance the competencies of candidates entering the TSMO workforce. At a minimum, the framework must include: Model curricula: With defined learning objectives that (1) address gaps in knowledge, skills, and abilities and (2) remain adaptable to technological advancements With detailed descriptions of courses; degree programs; and certificate, associate, and vocational training opportunities mapped to existing programs For undergraduate and graduate students, certificate and associate program participants, vocational trainees, career changers, and current workers Not designed for workforce development activities within agencies
