SUBJECT: United States African Development Foundation (USADF)
Four (4) Parking Spaces in Washington, DC
Dear Offeror,
The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) is seeking establishment of a Purchase Order (PO) for four (4) Parking Spaces located in Washington, DC as described in the following solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP): 20341924R00004.
The Government anticipates awarding a Purchase Order (PO) award. The PO will include one (1) twelve-month Base Period, with four (4) twelve-month Option Periods The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) of 07/08/2024 – 07/07/2029. It is anticipated that the Purchase Orders issued will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The Statement of Work (SOW) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document outlines the required documents for submission as well as outlines the evaluation process.
This is an unrestricted requirement utilizing NAICS code 812930 Parking Lots and Garages.
INSTRUCTIONS TO Offerors
Interested offeror shall email questions to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “Questions for RFP 20341924R00004 Attn: RVBrown/PCWhite” due no later than 10:00 AM EST on Thursday 06/06/2024.
Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST Tuesday 06/11/2024, and must follow these instructions:
- Use Microsoft Office compatible files or Adobe PDF. Other file extensions will not be accepted.
- In addition to the proposals for all requirements, all information required in the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your proposals.
- Completion of Attachment A Pricing Worksheet is required for all proposal submissions.
- Email your complete proposals to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line “Proposals for 20341924R00004, Attn: RVBrown/PCWhite.”
