The Contractor shall perform regulatory inspection (“Regulatory Inspection”) on all Sprinkler System(s)/apparatus(es) and, if applicable, fire pumps located in various District facilities. Each inspection shall include, but not be limited to the following: 1. Perform a complete system(s)/apparatus(es) inspection, as required by NFPA 25 and other applicable codes and standards. 2. Test and service sprinkler system(s)/apparatus(es) in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. 3. Measure the fire pump’s flow and pressure. 4. Ensure the fire pump can supply the full system demand. 5. Test at three points across the fire pump curve. 6. Test at no flow (churn), 100% of the fire pump-rated capacity, and 150% of the pumprated capacity. 7. Performance at each flow and pressure point must not be less than 95 percent of the fire pump’s nameplate data. 8. Cleaning fire pump drains lines and clearing water from drip pockets. 9.
