Specifications include, but are not limited to: C.5.1 The Contractor shall hire and retain the awarded provider to deliver outreach, engagement and intensive family coaching and provide resources to parents, as well as work with other behavioral health professional to ensure that families are fully connected to the needed services and supports C.5.4 The Contractor shall develop and implement a comprehensive program plan for family engagement, skill building, peer-led and multi-family support groups for CFSA In-Home parents who are in need of behavioral health services and at risk for not getting these services. C.5.5 The Contractor shall implement family-focused activities that support CFSA In-Home parents, and their children impacted by trauma, isolation, and those who struggle to meet the challenging needs of their children with severe emotional disturbances. C.5.6 The Contractor shall be required to engage CFSA-involved families who have complex multi-generational trauma, for the purpose of increasing the number of children who can remain safely in their homes. The contractor’s services shall promote the utilization of resources by CFSA involved families by increasing their engagement with peer and professional support within their community along with offering a trauma-based treatment model that supports multiple families. C.5.7 The Contractor shall facilitate and coordinate linkages and enrollment to the behavioral health provider network. C.5.8 The Contractor shall create and implement a timely referral process be approved by the Contract Administrator (CA) five day after award, that is used on all referrals submitted to the Contractor, track this referral process, including time frames and report out in programmatic monthly reports on the 5th of each month with the following information: • Number of Referrals per Month • Year To Date Total Referrals • Number of Referrals Rejected, Waitlisted, and Pending • Number of participants who Began services • Number of participants who Ended services • Number of participants who completed services • Total number of participants who exited the program
