This document contains the requirements that are to be delivered to the DOES Office of Information Technology (OIT) for Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses. This product is being purchased to enable the backup of agency databases. The period of performance will be for one year post award The Scope includes the following: • Provide 335 Adobe Acrobat Pro annual licenses. • Ensure e-delivery within 1 business day (24 hours) of purchase. The vendor shall perform the following tasks in order to achieve the objectives of this procurement as specified in C.3 Scope: C.5.1 Provide 335 new Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses - via e-delivery of login access immediately after purchase, but within 1 business day (24 hours) after purchase, to a de.gov email address that is also listed as the point of contact for technical assistance. C.5.2 Vendor shall ensure the account is associated with DC DOES' existing Adobe Acrobat Pro account (ID# 1005605411) and shall use DC DOES' Large Government Agency VIP# 339646929FDF2FA4DEBA to secure pricing for renewal in December 2025.
