The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (DOES), is seeking a provider to develop youth leaders ages 14-19 years old for the global stage. Participants receive training through weekly workshops during the School Year Program (SYP) and a Summer Intensive Training (SIT) institute, which focuses on meaningful content related to International Affairs and various career paths. Interested participants must complete the Request for Qualifications Form 1900 and supply the supporting documentation. The Contracting Officer will use this form and supporting documentation to qualify the financial and professional responsibility of the organization. Interested participants shall respond to the solicitation, hereto attached in section 2, for The Marion Barry Youth Leadership Institute Global Education Program .
