The government of the District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Department on Disability Services (DDS), Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) (District), is seeking to pre-qualify service providers to deliver one or more of the following vocational rehabilitation (VR) services, covered by this human care agreement (HCA) Request for Qualification, to District persons with disabilities: B.1.1 Benefits Planning (Not applicable. Currently provided under a separate agreement) B.1.2 Job Placement, including Job Stabilization and Closure B.1.3 Supported Employment, including Discovery Assessment, Customized Employment and Job Coaching, B.1.4 Support Service Provider, B.1.5 Job Readiness Training to include Pre-Employment Transition Services (pre-ETS) and B.1.6 Trial Work
