There is a need to purchase the annual Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription for Atlassian Cloud software consisting of Jira Cloud Standard, Confluence Cloud Premium, Bitbucket Cloud Premium and Bamboo Standard to the existing SaaS instances used by the web applications (webapps) team. The SaaS subscription provides the mechanism for communication and collaboration of project issues, technical and functional requirements, bugs, documentation, and other critical tasks. The SaaS is for the Enterprise Tools team, and it is used across several project teams including WMATA SmarTrip, Faregate and Farebox. In addition, the SaaS is also used with our business partners, and external implementation partners that do not have access to WMATA systems.
