The Office of Contracting and Procurement on behalf of the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), Division of Student Transportation (DOT) is seeking a contractor(s) to provide physical examinations, chest x-rays, and tuberculosis skin tests (PPD tests) for OSSE DOT commercial motor vehicle operators. These services shall be provided on a scheduled "as needed" basis and shall meet requirements for Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDL). In addition, OSSE-DOT is seeking the services of a Physician(s) licensed to practice medicine in the District of Columbia or surrounding areas to perform shy bladder evaluations (to determine if a medical condition prevents an employee from providing a pre-employment, random, or post-accident urine sample) and fitness-for-duty exams (to determine whether the employee can perform their job duties without posing a direct threat, with or without reasonable accommodation). These services shall be provided on a scheduled “as needed” basis and comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
