The Contractor shall perform the following tasks described in C.3.1: C.3.1. The Contractor shall create the updated economic and workforce analysis component of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) State Plan MidCycle which refers to a required modification to a state's WIOA plan, typically submitted halfway through the 4-year planning period. C.3.2. The contractor shall coordinate with the Workforce Investment Council (WIC) staff to define the scope of topics and datasets to be included in the analysis. Data will be sourced from reliable primary sources, including but not limited to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (e.g., QCEW, CES, OEWS), U.S. Census Bureau (e.g., ACS, CPS), U.S. Department of Labor, Federal Reserve, and other applicable sources such as O*NET and IPEDS. Data selection will prioritize relevance, accuracy, and recency.
