C.5.1 The contractor shall provide a key box that holds up to 60 keys, ensuring secure and organized storage. C.5.2 The contractor shall enable administrators to program and manage key access from a desktop or laptop CPU over the District of Columbia’s network, ensuring seamless integration and control. C.5.3 The contractor shall allow key users access to remove keys using the employees Prox, PIV, PIV-I card or pin code. C.5.4 The contractor shall provide a key box system that supports expandability. This will enable HSEMA to integrate additional key boxes at its second location and at the DLC, with all units capable of being programmed and managed over the network. This networked solution will ensure centralized control and streamlined access management across multiple sites C.5.5 The contractor shall ensure the system can generate detailed reports on key access and Usage, aiding security monitoring and management. C.5.6 In event of a power outage, key access remains available, providing an uninterrupted security solution. C.5.7 The contractor shall provide key access software that is fully compatible with DC Government CPU and server software, ensuring smooth operation and integration. C.5.8 The contractor shall include software and server licenses with a warranty, ensuring reliable performance and support. C.5.9 Service support shall be provided after installation. The contractor shall provide ongoing service support after installation, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
