The District of Columbia (the “District”) Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) is seeking a contractor to advance and complete the Environmental Assessment (EA) and Designs for the Pinehurst Branch Stream & Wetland Restoration Project (the Project). The requirements set forth herein contain the entire Project. The planning, and design services include, but are not limited to; civil design, stormwater management, stream and wetland restoration, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, public participation and partnering, trail assessment and design, and permitting. The Contractor shall be required to provide management, personnel, design services, labor, materials, and all equipment necessary to complete the Project. Work shall be performed in accordance with the District of Columbia Stormwater Management Rule and Guidebook (2020), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Section 106 of the 1966 National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), as amended (54 U.S.C. 306108), the 1979 Archeological Resources Protection Act (ARPA), as amended, DC Water Standards and Specifications (2018), DDOT’s Design and Engineering Manual (2019).
