Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5 Snow and ice removal services shall be performed as required, and on an on-call basis. The number of sites serviced through this agreement varies based on the predicted size of the snow event and in accordance with section C.3.4. The CA shall instruct the Contractor to prepare and/or begin snow removal deployment and/or operations (although the Contractor is required to be on call, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to be prepared to perform all winter storm response, snow, and ice removal activities as necessary. Effective and timely responses and snow removal operations are expected.) It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to be prepared for operations as precipitation is forecasted or begins and/or accumulates; and/or when the temperature is at or below freezing or forecasted to be below freezing.
