Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide a link to a public-facing research report along with a capability statement which verifies that the Contractor possesses the required years of experience and details past performances in which team members have partnered with District government to produce research reports. C.3.2 The Contractor shall conduct research to develop a historical review of the evolution of youth-focused career preparation programming in the District of Columbia serving youth up to the age of 24. For the purposes of this work, career-preparation is defined as programming that is specifically focused on building skills to prepare students for the workforce through both occupation-specific skill building, and workforce experience. C.3.2.1. The scope of this research shall include publicly funded youth-focused career preparation programming available in the District of Columbia from 1950 through 2010. This shall include historical stand-alone vocational high schools including but not limited to the following schools: Armstrong Manual Training School, Bell School, O Street Vocational School, Burdick Career High School, and Chamberlain Career Senior High School.
