Specifications include, but are not limited to: C.3.1 The Contractor shall provide video, audio visual, webinar and live streaming production services for the monthly Commission meetings. The Contractors shall provide a team of 2 technicians. C.3.2 The Contractor Shall Provide the Following Equipment to aid in production of the meeting. C.3.2.1 - 2 Canon c100s Video Cameras C.3.2.2 - 1 Sony a73 C.3.2.3 - monitors C.3.2.4 - projector, C.3.2.5 - 1 15” JBL powered speaker, C.3.2.6 - 8 stage and boom microphones, C.3.2.7 - stands, C.3.2.8 - audio mixer, C.3.2.9 - 1audio interface, C.3.2.10 - 2 computer systems, C.3.2.11 - dedicated 5G hotspot, C.3.2.12 - projector screen; C.3.3 The Contractor shall show up three hours prior to the meeting time to set up and run a test before the meeting C.3.4 The Contractor shall actively mix the video and audio feed during the course of the meeting C.3.5 The Contractor shall record the entire meeting and provide a copy of the recording to the Commission no later than 5 business days after the meeting C.3.6 The Contractor shall live stream the Commission Meeting via the Commission YouTube channel
