Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), seeks a contractor to provide Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) models, implementation support, technical assistance, and quality assurance to support the specialized needs of children and youth in need of Behavioral Health Services in the District. OCP, on behalf of DBH seeks a contractor to provide implementation support, for the following DBH approved EBP models; Attachment Biobehavioral Catch-Up (ABC); Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP); Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT); Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Trauma Systems Therapy (TST); Functional Family Therapy (FFT); Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST); Intensive Home and Community-Based Services (IHCBS); Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (ACRA); Motivational Enhancement Treatment- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MET-CBT); and Transition to Independence Process (TIP. Contractor services which include implementation support, technical assistance, and quality assurance to support the specialized needs for children and youth in need of Behavioral Health Services in the District. This specialized population are in need of tailored services which include intensive home-based treatment, substance use services, and early intervention treatment.
