Coordinate with ONSE personnel to ensure alignment with security policies, requirements, and objectives. 2.2. Equipment Procurement: 2.2.1. Source and procure all necessary access-controlled doors, padlocks, CCTV cameras, associated hardware, cabling, conduit, and any additional equipment required for the installation. 2.2.2. Ensure that all equipment meets the specified requirements and complies with relevant industry standards. 2.3. Installation and Configuration: 2.3.1. Install access-controlled doors and padlocks at designated entry points, ensuring they are securely mounted and functional. 2.3.2. Install CCTV cameras in predetermined locations, considering optimal coverage and visibility. 2.3.3. Configure and program access control systems, padlocks, and CCTV cameras according to the agreed-upon specifications and requirements. 2.3.4. Integrate the access control systems with the existing security infrastructure, if applicable. 2.3.5. Conduct comprehensive testing to verify the functionality and effectiveness of the installed equipment. 2.4. Documentation and Training: 2.4.2. Deliver comprehensive user manuals and operational instructions for ONSE staff to effectively operate and maintain the installed systems. 2.4.3. Conduct training sessions for ONSE personnel to ensure a thorough understanding of the system's operation and maintenance procedures. 2.4.1.
