Specifications include, but are not limited to: C.2.2 Remove and dispose of existing doors and any other debris generated during the performance of the work out of the project site specified in this IFB.; C.2.3 Modify existing frames to allow for installation of 10120 series lock pocket.; C.2.4 Furnish and install two (2) steel lock pocket into existing frames to allow for installation of 10120 lock.; C.2.5 Furnish and install two (2) Southern Steel 10120AE 120VAC solenoid operate lock; C.2.6 Keyed one side with a Mogul cylinder to a commercial cylinder adapter for use with existing commercial cylinder. Knob operated other side.; C.2.7 Furnish and install two (2) new 84” x 36” 14ga detention grade hollow metal door. Doors to be of same size as existing doors with 12” x 20” lite lexon ¼ “thick; C.2.8 Furnish and install ¾” thick detention grade polycarbonate glazing in doors approximately 12” x 20”.; C.2.9 Furnish and install two (2) heavy duty stainless steel concealed continuous hinges to mount new door to existing frames.; C.2.10 Furnish and install two (2) LCN4040 door closers.; C.2.11 Furnish and install two (2) detention loop pull and two (2) flush pull.; C.2.12 Furnish two (2) spare Southern Steel 10120AE 120VAC locks for facility spare stock.; C.2.13 Furnish two (2) Southern Steel 10102AE factory repair parts kit.; C.2.14 Collaborate with Saint Elizabeth Hospital (SEH) Access Control vendor to modify the existing Card Reader System to control 120VAC power to the lock. All 120VAC lock controls, wiring, and conduit will need to be performed by a licensed electrician.; C.2.15 Color of paint shall be determined after award; C.2.16 Provide all labor, materials, supervision, personal protection equipment, safety equipment, dust/debris control, clean up and disposal, away from work sites, of all supplies and material used under this Contract.; C.2.17 All measurements listed in solicitation are approximate and it is the responsibility of the Contractor to verify actual dimensions of all areas during walk through.
