The Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) has a need for a vehicle liquidation platform that provides comprehensive services to include storage, title work, copying and productions of keys, towing, vehicle detailing, and decal/identification removal on a as needed basis. The contractor shall deliver the following; • The selected vendor shall dispose of vehicles. • The selected vendor shall have a “Wholesale Dealers License” • The selected vendor shall offer many other services such as: o Titling - All title work relates to auto & motorcycle title processing, DC/State fee o Keys - replace, rekey, and/or duplicate before transferring a disposed car which includes but not limited to auto/motorcycle doors, trunk, or ignition locks so that old keys no longer work o Decal/identification Removal - removing company names, logos, and contact information from vehicles before they are sold or reassigned o Vehicle Detailing - a meticulous, deep cleaning and restoration of a car's interior and exterior, going far beyond a basic car wash o Flood Services - the process of inspecting, repairing, and restoring vehicles damaged by flooding, often involving extensive cleaning, electrical system checks, fluid changes, and title branding (like "salvage" or "flood") o Shrink Wrapping - proper methods for wrapping a vehicle and/or motorcycle to protect interior and/or external of a vehicle during storage or transport.
