Specifications include, but are not limited to: a Contractor to conduct a Behavioral Health Epidemiological Report aimed at identifying the type and prevalence of Behavioral Health conditions among Youth in the District. C.2.1 The Contractor shall conduct an epidemiological study and submit a report that includes the following components: 1. Identify the type and prevalence of behavioral health conditions among the youth broken down, if possible, by age, gender, race, ward residence, and sexual orientation; 2. Identify the service(s) and the level of care accessed by youth; 3. Identify the location of the services; 4. Provide an analysis of any barriers or obstacles preventing the youth from accessing behavioral health services; and 5. Provide recommendations for making services more available to youth. C.2.2 The Contractor shall submit a draft report electronically and it will include the following elements: executive summary, sections outlining the components identified in Section C, and include a conclusion and recommendations section. C.2.3 The Contractor shall provide a PowerPoint presentation describing the findings and recommendations included in the draft report. C.2.4 The Contractor shall provide a final report electronically and it will include the following elements: executive summary, sections outlining the components identified in Section C, and include a conclusion and recommendations section. C.2.5 The Contractor shall attend monthly meetings with DBH staff and provide updates. C.2.6 The Contractor shall work in close collaboration with the DBH Data and Performance Measurement team and the Information Technology team to gather necessary data and information. C.2.7 The Contractor shall work in close collaboration with the DBH to create, distribute, collect, analyze and report out on the results of the Epidemiological study. C.2.8 The Contractor shall comply with all requirements and procedures for research and evaluation stipulated by the South Capitol Street Memorial Amendment Act including the expectation for confidentiality and participant protection.
