Specifications include, but are not limited to: C.5.1 The Contractor shall provide all the labor, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, licenses and on site supervision, to complete regular and emergency services, skilled in but not limited to: carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services, landscape and grounds maintenance, masonry, concrete, debris and removal services, snow removal, plowing and blowing, locksmith, demolition, general maintenance to emergency general construction services on but not limited to commercial, residential, multi-story, occupied and vacant properties.
