Specifications include, but are not limited to: C.5.1 The Contractor shall provide all the labor, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, licenses and on site supervision, to complete regular and emergency services, skilled in but not limited to: carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services, landscape and grounds maintenance, masonry, concrete, debris and removal services, snow removal, plowing and blowing, locksmith, demolition, general maintenance to emergency general construction services on but not limited to commercial, residential, multi-story, occupied and vacant properties. C.5.2 Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to have and provide proof of all appropriate licenses or equivalent licenses as required by the Office of Professional Licensing Administration, Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA). Acceptable licenses include: a. DC General Contractors License b. DC Electricians License c. DC Plumbers License d. DC Professional Engineers License e. DC Refrigeration and Air Conditioning License C.5.3 Contractor shall be responsible for mobilizing labor, equipment and materials required to perform requested repairs. C.5.4 Contractor shall ensure that all its personnel assigned are properly trained, equipped and, as necessary, licensed. C.5.5 Contractor shall respond to any emergency within twenty (24) hours.
