The Contractor shall provide programs and services for the following: ● May 1st – September 30th, 2025: Lederer Gardens Culinary Demonstrations. Wednesdays: May to September from 11am to 12pm (12 food demonstrations total) Contractor will host 12 food demonstrations at Lederer Gardens during the Wednesday weekly veggie giveaways and Saturday open farm hours anytime from May 1st to September 30th. Each demonstration should use ingredients from the farm to provide food samples for at least 50 people. Contractor will need to provide all supplies needed, provide a schedule before starting, and provide the recipe to share with the participants. ● May 1st – September 30th, 2025: Edgewood Rooftop Farm Culinary Demonstrations Tuesdays: May to September from 11am to 12pm (12 food demonstrations total) Contractor will need to host 12 in-person food demonstrations at Edgewood Rooftop Farm during the Tuesday weekly veggie giveaways hours from May 1st to September 30th. Each food demonstration should use ingredients from the farm and provide food samples for at least 25 people. Contractor will need to provide all supplies needed, provide a schedule before starting, and provide the recipe to share with the participants. ● May 1st – September 30th, 2025: Powell Communal Farm Culinary Demonstrations Thursdays: May to September from 11am to 12pm (12 food demonstrations total) Contractor will need to host 12 in-person food demonstrations at Powell Communal Farm during the Thursday weekly veggie giveaways from May 1st to September 30th. Each food demonstration should use ingredients from the farm and provide food samples for at least 25 people Contractor will need to provide all supplies needed, provide a schedule before starting, and provide the recipe to share with the participants.
