CLIN 001 - Engine House #1: Furnish and install approximately 1,524 square feet epoxy flooring system and integral epoxy cove base. The scope of work is as follows: ● Remove approximately existing epoxy flooring down to the bare concrete. ● Mechanically profile bare concrete to receive the new epoxy flooring system. ● Furnish & Install 125 mils broadcast flooring system per ECONOSURF product data sheet. ● Furnish & Install striping per the existing layout. ● Contractor to coordinate performance of this work with occupied Engine House. CLIN 002 - Engine House #11: Furnish and install approximately 3,960 square feet epoxy flooring system and integral epoxy cove base on approximately 168 linear feet. The scope of work is as follows: ● Shot blast the existing concrete to create a clean, mechanically profiled bonding surface. ● Patch any cracks and holes using an epoxy paste. ● Furnish & Install 4” integral epoxy cove base along all perimeter walls. ● Furnish & Install 125 mils broadcast flooring system per attached ECONOSURF product data sheet. ● Furnish & Install striping per the existing layout. ● Contractor to coordinate performance of this work in an unoccupied Engine House. CLIN 003 - Engine House #16: Furnish and install approximately 336 square feet epoxy flooring system and integral epoxy cove base. The scope of work is as follows: ● Remove approximately 280 square feet of existing epoxy flooring down to the bare concrete. ● Mechanically profile bare concrete to receive the new epoxy flooring system. ● Sand remaining part of the bay on approximately to receive new recoat flooring system. ● Furnish & Install 125 mils broadcast system on bare concrete area and 65 mils broadcast flooring system on the recoat area per ECONOSURF product data sheet. ● Furnish & Install striping per the existing layout. ● Contractor to coordinate performance of this work with occupied Engine House.
