The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is completing additional Market Research for a requirement that was posted on 11/17/2021 under "FEMA Security Enterprise Services, 70FA5022I000000001". FEMA is inviting Small Businesses currently to respond to this Request for Information. FEMA has a preference to seek qualified small businesses that can execute the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The future contractor must be able to perform these services in locations that is under the United States of America. This includes CONUS and OCONUS locations. The contractor MUST HAVE A TOP SECRET CLEARANCE and personnel that have a TS as well. FEMA will NOT sponsor a firm for a clearance and the contractor must have the clearance at the time of solicitation.
Responses from small businesses must include adequate information on how they will provide coverage/support to CONUS and OCONUS. Past performance descriptions are requested that demonstrate the firm's capabilities. In addition, if a firm will utilize a large business partner, they must describe how they will meet the limits of subcontracting rules.
