KIPP DC is hosting a 25th Anniversary celebration on Thursday, October 9, 2025. This event will run for 3 hours from 6:00pm to 9:00 pm with about 1,400 attendees total. The venue is still to be determined with a priority being placed on the National Building Museum. Responses should be based on the subsequent descriptions, and shall include (but are not limited to including) the following: ● Cost estimates for food, beverage, tables, linens, glassware/utensils, candles, and catering prep (~20 ft. x 30 ft.), including: ○ Cocktail Hour (6:00 – 7:00 pm) with light passed hors d'oeuvres, specialty cocktail and open beer/wine bar for 1,400 guests (scattered high-top and low cocktail tables with bar stools; acrylic or plasticware) – structured bar tops throughout the space. ○ Party (7:00 – 9:00 pm) with heavy appetizer stations (mix of low cocktail tables, linens and votives). ■ Passed dessert surprise 8:30pm - 9:00pm ○ Additional 6-foot tables and cocktail tables for photo booth and registration (2 6-foot tables and 4 cocktail rounds for registration) ● Experience working with other non-profits for events and a previous working relationship with the National Building Museum preferred.
