The Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, has an unrestricted requirement for Escrow and Investment Fund Management Support Services in accordance with the attached Solicitation and incorporated Performance Work Statement.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government is conducting this acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government intends to award a single award stand-alone firm-fixed-price commercial contract.
You are hereby invited to submit a bid package in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors of this solicitation.
